With presently only one priest, occasional changes in Mass times and other activities may take place.

Our Lady of Ransom (for anyone): Sat 10:00am-11:15am, and 20mins before every weekday Mass. At All Saints: during Sunday Mass in the room behind the organ. Chesham Bois: after the Sunday 12noon Mass if not before.

NEW PRIEST: Congratulations to now Father Conan McGonagle, FSSP, who was ordained a priest in America on 28th May. We are all the more delighted since he will be assigned permanently with us as from July. We look forward to his First Masses in Bedford and in Chesham Bois in July.


CONSECRATION OF OUR GREGORIAN CHAPLAINCY TO THE SACRED HEART

To allow more people to unite with this consecration performed by the Chaplain on the Feast of the Sacred Heart, Friday 12th June, we will celebrate the External Solemnity of the Sacred Heart on Sunday 14th June with the common recitation of the Act of Consecration to the Sacred Heart (Baronius missal p. 1872).

LMS day-pilgrimage to the historic Shrine of Our Lady of Willesden in London on Saturday, 20th June 2026 with 11:30am Solemn High Mass, with music provided by the Southwell Consort. Followed by lunch and an address by author and journalist, Edward Pentin, on the topic: “The impact of Tradition on Vatican reporting – a personal perspective”.

Congratulations to our 12 First Communicants who received the Lord Jesus for the first time last Sunday in Bedford and Chesham Bois, and accompanied the Eucharistic Lord in procession after. Thank you to all those who helped prepare the communicants and were involved in the two processions.

Parishioners plan to give thanks to God on Sat 4th July for Fr de Malleray’s 25th anniversary of ordination and the grace of the priesthood: after the usual Saturday devotions at OLOR, meet at Willington Peace Memorial Hall, MK44 3PY, from 12noon to 4pm for refreshments and a presentation by the chaplain on his vocation.
