CONFESSIONS TIMES

Our Lady of Ransom (for anyone): Sat 10:00am-11:15am, and 20mins before every weekday Mass. At All Saints: during Sunday Mass in the room behind the organ. Chesham Bois: after the Sunday 12noon Mass if not before.

HOLY MASSES:

In this hot weather, please keep in your prayers in particular the sick, elderly and housebound members of our community, and the wives expecting children. Please also uphold the beautiful virtue of Christian modesty at all times, but particularly in church. Thank you.

Watch with Our Lady until her Assumption: all-night Eucharistic adoration at OLOR.

The church has adequate parking, WCs and a kitchenette.

Starting on Friday 14^th August at OLOR:

• 8:00pm – Holy Mass
• 8:45pm – Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
• Overnight Adoration, ending on Sat 15^th Aug. with:
• 6:00am – Benediction and Reposition
• 6:30am – Mass of the Assumption at OLOR

(No usual Confessions and Adoration that morning)

11:30am – Mass of the Assumption at OLOR

Thank you to all in Bedford and Chesham Bois for your generosity and warm welcome to Fr McGonagle on his arrival, with greetings and refreshments. Do schedule a visit to your home by Fr McGonagle, FSSP (conanmcgonagle@fssp.org), especially over this quieter summertime.

On Thursday 9^th July, Fr McGonagle offered a First Mass at RCA on their last day before summer recess, and stayed on with Fr de Malleray for the annual fete and picnic.

Fr de Malleray and Fr Goddard attended a periodical safeguarding training session for charity trustees on 15^th July.

Fr de Malleray and Fr McGonagle went out for supper with local clergy on 16^th July to introduce our new priest who will attend his first deanery meeting in September.

Next monthly trek for young adults on Sat 22^nd August July, 11am with Fr McGonagle, FSSP. Location to be announced soon. If you are an unmarried Catholic 18-35, text Dominic 07960066743 to be added onto the WhatsApp group.

Fr de Malleray will offer Sunday Mass at the camp on 26^th July; for abundant fruit from the Juventutem annual SUMMER WEEKEND on 31 Jul – 2 Aug, at Ampleforth Abbey, and for the WeBelieve Festival on 24-27 July at Oscott seminary.; for the FSSP summer camps for boys and girls in the Peak District (on 3-8 & 10-15 Aug).
