Earlier this month the Guild of Catholic Home Educators in Reading welcomed Brother Vincent (from the Fraternity of Saint Vincent Ferrer’s monastery in France) who gave two classes to the children on sacred art. Brother Vincent is a native of England, and his visit coincided with the 600th anniversary of the death of his monastery’s patron, St Vincent Ferrer. Click here to see more photographs of the day.

Bishop Philip Egan assisted in choir at our 11am Reading Mass on Sunday 3 March. At the end of Mass he installed Fr Goddard as the first Parish Priest of the Parish of St John Fisher – another watershed moment in the life of our Parish community!
