Weddings: Congratulations to Kevin and Rebecca Jones married on 6 September at St Mary’s Shrine. They are the fifth couple who got married at St Mary’s this summer. In addition, within the past week we also celebrated the 25^th wedding anniversaries of Joseph & Maria Lopuszynski, of Peter & Alison Kahn and, earlier, of Tim and Jane Wright. Congratulations to all!

Mass intentions had accumulated last year but we have now managed to offer nearly all of them. Feel welcome to give intentions anew, using the little brown envelopes printed to that effect and dropping them in the collection basket or through the metal slot on the Front Door of the Presbytery. The average stipend in £10.00.

Silver Jubilee of Fr Andrew Jolly, Sun 17 Sept. 11am Solemn Mass, followed by refreshments. All are very welcome to express gratitude for a quarter-of-a-century spent by Fr Jolly serving souls in the Liverpool Archdiocese and specifically at St Mary’s Shrine, even years after his official retirement.
