CONFESSIONS TIMES
Our Lady of Ransom (for anyone): Sat 10:00am-11:15am, and 20mins before every weekday Mass. At All Saints: during Sunday Mass in the room behind the organ. Chesham Bois: after the Sunday 12noon Mass if not before.
Clergy-led stations of the Cross every Friday in Lent at 9:10am, following the 8:30am holy Mass (at Our Lady of Ransom, Kempston).

Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Tang on the announcement of their son Emmanuel’s marriage with Miss Anja Hoffmann in Austria on 20 Sept 2025. Also, please keep in your prayer Tremaine Newman-Brown and Lottie Harvey-Craig who will be united in holy Matrimony at All Saints, Kempston, on 31st May 2025. We assure the two betrothed couples of our prayers.

Our heartfelt condolences to Tony Nevard, his children, and their families, on the death of Mrs Prima Nevard in hospital on Sat 5 April. Thankfully she had received the Last Rites, less than 24hrs previous. May she rest in peace. Details of her funeral will be communicated soon.
Colwich Abbey trip date confirmed: Bank holiday Monday 26th May 2025. Due to a limited space in the nuns’ chapel and refectory, can we please give priority to young ladies and their mums?

Annual Chaplaincy pilgrimage to Walsingham on Sat 12th July. Save the date and register interest with Rita. We will give thanks for 14 years (minus a week) since the establishment of the Gregorian Chaplaincy (19 July 2011) by Bishop Doyle.
Learning our faith while having fun together,
- Men’s group: Wed 9th, 8pm: Fr de Malleray will speak on Our Lady of Sorrows and the redemptive power of suffering
- Ladies’: Sat 12th, 1:30pm: Seminarian Luke will speak on the same topic.
- Youth Trek: TBC Sat 26th April, 11am, Silsoe, Beds: register interest ASAP for us to gauge numbers and confirm date and location.

Booking forms for this year’s summer camps in the Peak District (for children 10-17) will be available shortly. The boys’ camp will be 4-9 August, and the girls’ camp, 11-16 August.
All Saints: kindly remember to put all the hassocks, chairs and pews away safely after holy Mass.
Improving safety together at All Saints: although there will be volunteers on the field to monitor the riverbank, parents still have responsibility for looking after their children.
What is required:
- Volunteers to be DBS checked
- Volunteers to undergo one hour safeguarding training online
- Volunteers to sign a code of conduct
- Volunteers to wear a high visibility vest in order to identify their role and be a point of reference

Farewell to Seminarian Luke Mazurek, FSSP: meet in hall after Sunday Mass on 6th April, ahead of Luke’s departure on Easter Monday after six months in pastoral placement with us. Luke has settled well in our community, helping with altar servers’ training, catechism classes, talks, Mass scheduling, liturgical singing, youth apostolate, stations of the Cross, and more. We assure him of our ongoing prayer as he returns to Wigratzbad after the Easter break to complete his sixth year at seminary.
