Fr Phipps proposes to start monthly adult catechism talks in Bedford. The first of these is scheduled for
Saturday 7th January at 7 pm in the Patrick Donegan Room. Food will be provided, and there will be an
opportunity for discussion. It would be helpful for catering purposes if you could let Fr Phipps know if you plan
to attend: sphipps@fssp.org.
EPIPHANY HOUSE BLESSINGS
Due to the increased size of our community and other commitments, unfortunately our priests will not be able
to offer house blessings to our community in 2023. Blessed chalk and prayer booklets will be available for
families to do this blessing themselves.
WHITE FLOWER APPEAL 2023
The Society for the Protection of Unborn Children (SPUC) will be holding its annual
appeal next weekend. SPUC wants a world where abortion is unthinkable, and is raising awareness of the
widespread problem of abortion coercion through “pills by post”. Please be as generous as you can to help
SPUC defend unborn babies and their mothers. A collection basket will be available as you leave the church.
REFRESHMENTS NEXT SUNDAY 15TH JANUARY
As the parish First Holy Communion class is using the hall, refreshments will be available after the 8.30 am
