Young Adults Group: 11 young adults and young professionals attended our monthly gathering yesterday 21 April, 1pm-4pm (cf picture), with several new faces, while other regulars could not make it this time. Fr Verrier gave a brilliant talk on Genesis 1-3. Since sacred history begun in a garden, it was very fitting that we should gather in the Priory garden, under the blooming trees (with no snake hanging from the branches, thankfully). He had undergone an operation this past Lent and had also had pneumonia. I saw him last at St Mary’s after the Easter Mass and he did look very frail, although in good spirits.
