Some great news for the forthcoming Regina Caeli academy in Bedfordshire. Fr. Patrick O’Donohue of the FSSP will be joining the board of directors as we prepare for launch in September 2019. After another positive meeting with prospective parents earlier this month, we are pleased to report that plans for the forthcoming Regina Caeli affiliate academy in Bedfordshire are moving forward expeditiously, for opening in September 2019. Fr. O’Donohue will be joining the Board of Directors of this exciting and much-needed educational initiative. The FSSP will have a key pastoral role in the life of the academy and we look forward to this addition to our thriving Bedford apostolate.

It is our great joy to announce that on 8 September 2018, the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Bishop Philip Egan, the Bishop of Portsmouth, established us as a Personal Parish, under the patronage of St John Fisher. Our parish community will continue to be located at St William of York Church, Reading, until such time as a permanent home can be found.
