Public liturgy to resume on Wednesday 2nd December
Liverpool City Region (includes Wirral), Warrington and Cheshire will be in Covid Tier 2 from Wednesday 2nd December.
Churches will be able to reopen. The Government website says:
‘places of worship remain open but you must not socialise with people from outside of your household or support bubble while you are indoors there, unless a legal exemption applies’
The guidance is the same as it was before the Nov 5th lockdown 2. The social distancing rules and face-covering and sanitising guidance remains the same. Further information at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/local-restriction-tiers-what-you-need-to-know#high-alert
Thanks to our generous stewards, our pre-Lockdown 2 Opening Times will resume as of Wednesday 2nd December 2020:
- Sundays: 10:00am-1:00pm & 5:00pm-7:00pm (Holy Masses 11:00am & 6:00pm; Sung Vespers 5:00pm; Confessions 10:30am-11:00am & 5:30pm-6:00pm)
- Weekdays: 11:00am-1:30pm (Confessions 11:40am-12:05pm; Holy Mass 12:10pm)
- Saturdays: 10:00am-1:30pm (Eucharistic Adoration 10:00am-12noon, with ongoing Confessions; Holy Mass 12:10pm)
We look forward to welcoming worshippers again as of Wednesday morning 2nd Dec. 11:00am.
I am so thankful your “live” masses continue online. I love your church and wish I lived nearby. I actually live in USA and a commute to a Latin mass in my state involves 2 hours to a dangerous city Things are still not good here either. Please keep us in your prayers as our hearts and souls long to attend a Latin mass, but most of all to receive the Eucharist once again! God bless you and keep you🙏
Dear Fr De Malleray
We wish to travel from Manchester
for The Immaculate Conception next
week.
We cannot see from the Gov.site
If we are allowed to do so as we
are Tier 3 and Warrington is not.
