To receive Holy Communion: one must be a Catholic, in the state of grace, one-hour fasting at least. In the traditional liturgy, Holy Communion is received kneeling (unless unable to) and always on the tongue. Thank you in advance. Kindly switch OFF your mobile phone before you enter the church.

LATIN FOR BEGINNERS:

By our parishioner Sam Barry:

This course lays the foundation for reading and understanding simple Latin prose enabling the student to participate more fully in the Church’s liturgies.  This course utilizes the natural method for learning Latin like any other modern language.

There will be two classes: 1 for beginners and one for intermediates(i.e. those who I taught last term).

The cost is £10 per class for one hour and the time is from 3 p.m. to 5.p.m. on Saturdays.

Phone number is 073755 14860 ; and email sambarry92@gmail.com .
